Process & Organizational Review and Improvement - Regional Bank, Global Trade Services
The Norman Group provided a team of resources to assist our client in defining the current state processes and organizational structure for the bank's global trade services group, layering the various application software systems used by the group onto those processes, and then developing a list of organizational changes, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve the group's efficiency, productivity, total output, and cost ratios.

Based on an FDIC finding, our client engaged The Norman Group to evaluate their process and systems for executing and support ACH payments, and remediating the finding by documenting the work and systems flows surrounding the ACH process.

Many regional banks may not actively take positions in foreign currencies, but remain active in the FX market to support the FX payment and futures contracts needs of their corporate customers.
