From our Payments & FX Practice we provided a team of consultants to conduct a series of internal analyses for our client, as well as a comparative near-competitor analysis, and produced a comprehensive Payments Strategy and Payments Project Roadmap.
Our team interviewed client stakeholders across the enterprise, including people from IT, operations, product management, sales & relationship management, risk and compliance, and specialty product client-facing groups.
